Ah, lovely Fi with her sexy laugh and fondness for catsuits!

Suggestions: (1) Her work on the BBC's "Travel Show" and "Your Money or Your Life" (?) with Alvin Hall. (2) Her famous (though non sexual) chemistry with GLR's (and now 6 Music's) Gideon Coe. (3) Her total lack of chemistry with Nicky Campbell (to her credit!) and perhaps a non-libelous exploration of her departure from 5 Live?

Fi married in March 2014

Jonathan Agnew just mentioned he was at Fi's wedding party last night (July 18 2014) and said she'd actually married in March. I presume it's to her long term partner - but I don't know for sure. 87.114.107.86 (talk) 10:43, 19 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Photograph removed

Why was the photograph of Fi Glover removed from this article? There are plenty of articles on living people in Wikipedia which have photographs of a living person, so I guess it would have been OK to have retained it. Carltonio (talk) 10:25, 12 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Looks like an edit by someone (Glover?) who didn't understand the image syntax. Now OK. JMiall 18:43, 12 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
A glance at the contributions of the editor in question makes it seem more likely to be her agents than herself. Qwfp (talk) 18:49, 12 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Section on Shared Experience

As the person who inserted the section on how Glover presented the series "Shared Experience", I have just read the section and am wondering about the wording. This reads "people who have had similar - frequently - traumatic experiences, but I wonder whether the word "and" in place of the dashes would make it better English. Glass Half Full - citation needed

This article says that Fi Glover presented a series called "Glass Half Full" (which she did) but does not give a citation for it. Vorbee (talk) 13:51, 26 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Born in Slough

In an episode of the Fortunately... podcast, Fi says she was born in Slough (around the 17.15 mark at https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p06yvk2h), and then again in another episode (around 20.40 at https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m000vwv4) - is this sufficient evidence for the article?

No reason why this cannot be added. And she was right, ex-Maths teacher Romesh Ranganathan is quite scary. Martinevans123 (talk) 20:44, 6 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
