Excessive detail

While I find this article to be interesting and informative, the amount of detail (especially in the Production section and filming locations subsecdtion) strikes me as being really excessive, really more like you find on a fan site than an encyclopedia article. I hesitate to tag or make major changes as this is a well-established article that has reached Good Article status. Still I'd like to raise the issue for discussion. I added a line about Charlie Sheen's character in the police station; him talking to Jeannie is a big part of her storyline and should be mentioned. TrippCeyssens (talk) 04:52, 17 June 2023 (UTC)

Just to be clear, you have no issue with the validity of the article or how it is written, you simply think there is too much information? This doesn't sound like a problem to me. I suspect most of the people viewing this page are fans of the movie and will be quite happy to learn a few new details. I would include myself in this group.
