Why did the death date change?

The last time I saw the page, Ferdinand's death date was June 29, 1875. Now, the death date is at the end of his reign without any explanation. Could someone explain this to me? Other sources say it was the previous date (June 29, 1875) G0dzillaboy02 (talk) 11:58, 4 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

There's been quite a bit of back-and-forth editing, with no discussion here. I've protected the page for a few days to give the parties a chance to explain themselvees here. Just Step Sideways from this world ..... today 17:54, 5 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
This is obvious vandalism. Both the abdication and the date of death are cited, they are found in other literature and other language mutations of Wikipedia, which I also indicated in the Edit summary when I did not notice that this was vandalism and not a mistake. User Template:Ping changes it without justification in Edit summary and without references. FromCzech (talk) 18:17, 5 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
