United States use
This article needs history on US use of "eyes only", and better differentiation between UK/US usage. It definitely appeared in the 1960s on various CIA documents that are now declassified. Also there should be info on when its use was discontinued. -Rolypolyman (talk) 19:46, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
