Template:WikiProject banner shell The name expat is capitalized where it begins a sentence but not elsewhere, which leads me to suspect that it should only actually be caps in the name of the article where it is unavoidable (and then the article should be tagged as one of "those".) ;Bear 23:31, 2004 Nov 8 (UTC)
