The redlinks would appear to indicate that this move doesn't require sysop intervention. And, meanwhile, there's nothing impeding the creation of the other article at either Excipient (cosmetics) or Cosmetic excipient. –Hajor 01:04, 18 October 2005 (UTC)Reply
