That order of battle of the Eighth Army seems to include all the unites below the 8th on the whole US Army order of battle. Desertsky85451 22:50, 29 August 2006 (UTC)

8th Army is not in Anjeong-Ri
Suggest you remove Anjeong-Ri and do not replace it. HardyandTiny 05:50, 27 December 2021 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hardyandtiny (talk • contribs)
Who replaced 8th Army in Japan?
The article talks about the 8th's transition from a fighting force to an occupying force at the end of WW2 and back to a fighting force at the beginning of the Korean War. But I'd like to know who replaced them as an occupying force, since the Occupation continued for for a couple more years. Isaac Rabinovitch (talk) 00:26, 17 July 2023 (UTC)
Can we source this information or merge it back? Bearian (talk) 04:50, 21 January 2025 (UTC)
- I don't think it could be easily sourced. If my opinion counts for anything, I think we should instead write OOBs for battles and then delete that page, because the swapping of division and brigade sized units between corps just creates a mess. Additionally, we would be able to add unit commanders so forth if we did battle by battle.

Structure 1989
What is the relevance of this section? Nothing much changed in Korea in 1989, nor after as a result of the end of the Cold War. Mztourist (talk) 10:52, 9 April 2025 (UTC)
