Canadian Act
The Canadian Trespass to Property Act does not date "back to the British North America Act of 1867". That is an illogical connection, and factually wrong. The Act has nothing to do with the British North America Act of 1867, and would be a provincial not a national law.203.80.61.102 (talk) 04:09, 1 September 2017 (UTC)
