Early Life?

I deleted the part about wanting violin lessons because it didn't sound "encyclopedic" somehow. But it is interesting, because he became a violin maker later in life. It also shows that he wasn't a spoiled brat. If Lou Reed had wanted violin lessons as a child, you know he'd have gotten them. Yule always seems very humble in his interviews. What does that have to do with music? Nothing. But this isn't an article in a music journal, it's a biography. "improving guitar technique"

End of the first sentence under the header: 1968–1970

"...Yule's improving guitar technique caught the ear of Sterling Morrison.[6]"

Is this a typo? Did the author mean to type "improvising"? As it stands, it really doesn't make sense or needs more context. This makes it sound like he was an okay guitarist, but was improving. Hardly an ear-catching thing. If you have the book, please check that reference. I'm inclined to just remove that word, since it's vague. ThreeRocks (talk) 23:12, 19 September 2021 (UTC)
