Congressional district 4

The article states that Dorrington is in congressional district 4, and it's representative is Mike Thompson. It is actually Tom McClintock. Further, this website, https://gis.data.ca.gov/datasets/CDEGIS::us-congressional-districts/explore?location=37.018636%2C-120.218001%2C5.78 , states that Dorrington is in California district 5, which conflicts with the claims in this article.
