Script error: No such module "Banner shell". The anecdote is incorrect, and repeated frequently: West of Dongzhimen is Guijie, or "Ghost Street" (Dongzhimen Inner Street), extremely well-known to locals as a food street.
The character (簋) really means something about food, not ghosts. They sound similar, but without familiarity with the mistake is often made.
