Maradona after winning the 1986 FIFA World Cup with Argentina

}}Here it should be winning 1986 world Fifa world cup with West Germany

Current infobox image looks like a painting?

I read the talk logs for this article, apparently this image was agreed upon to be the lead image, now it's been replaced by a painting. Petition to return the infobox image back to this one? Yourlocallordandsavior (talk) 10:12, 12 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

I agree, I dislike the current lead image and would support changing it. Lankyant (talk) 22:53, 10 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
I agree, additionally the current infobox image covers like half of his face. Why in the world was it changed? Both photos show him holding the trophy anyways. ObsidianRS (talk) 16:25, 22 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
I also agree because the image is blocking most of his face because of the trophy Wcamp9 (talk) 03:58, 14 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Main Image

Can we change Maradona’s image to one where he’s not covering the face with the trophy? Here’s an example where his face is clearer Wcamp9 (talk) 15:12, 15 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Diego Maradona doesn't have a Franco in his name, does he?

Incorrect account of his time at Napoli

Top section of page currently reads "is most famous for his time at Napoli where he won numerous accolades and led the club to their first Serie A title win only to do it all over again one year later." This is incorrect: Maradona won the Serie A title in 1986/7, and then again in 1989/90 - which is not "one year later". 90.209.196.114 (talk) 21:39, 11 March 2025 (UTC)Reply

correct! Unfortunately this page cannot be improved and therefore this false information stays mentioned AlexvDoo (talk) 06:27, 24 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
