Wondering how to edit this U.S. City Entry?

The WikiProject U.S. Cities standards might help.

Other Desert Hillses?

I grew up in Desert Hills, Arizona, and it wasn't in Mojave County. I grew up in the area known as Desert Hills that's just south of New River in Maricopa County (right where Del Webb moved in--everything south of Desert Hills Drive is considered Desert Hills). There's a lot of local recognition of that place name; a lot of associations in New River will call themselves New River/Desert Hills to acknowledge that it includes both areas. A Web search for "new river desert hills" in quotes will back me up on this. I doubt that the census acknowledges the place, though. Is there a good way to handle this? --Darksasami 18:53, 1 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
