Rocan supported the campaigns of his friend Reg Alcock in the federal elections of 2000 and 2004, despite the fact that Alcock is a Liberal.
Can anyone verify this? I've found a Hansard article in which Alcock cites Rocan as his friend, but I can't find anything about electoral support. CJCurrie 03:12, 24 August 2005 (UTC)
I can verify this. I think the reason you are having problems with empirical data, is because all that was ever published was a picture in the Winnipeg Free Press in 2000 of Denis Rocan putting up a Reg Alcock sign.
- Actually, I've since discovered proof that Rocan endorsed Alcock -- I just haven't gotten around to putting the information on the page. CJCurrie 05:07, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
