Cite for "All Shook Up"?

I think the statement that Hess wrote "All Shook Up" only to see the songwriting credit attributed to Elvis Presley is a bit questionable. It wouldn't be unheard of for Elvis' manager to "hijack" the songwriting credits, but in the case of "All Shook Up" it appears almost universally acknowledged that Otis Blackwell wrote the song, with Elvis being given a token co-writing credit:

Sweeney Todd, the musical

This David Hess is not the actor who played Sweeney Todd on Broadway and currently touring with the play so I removed that information from the article. This is the correct David Hess:
