personal CRMs

Personal CRMs are a thing but I don't see them mentioned on this page. Either they belong here or there should be a link to whatever their actual wikipedia link is. Thanks! 172.58.38.226 (talk) 22:21, 11 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Apologies for piggybacking, but I've never been sure how to start a new section on a talk page. And I no longer edit Wikipedia directly since being told my help was unwelcome.

Anyhow -- the Siebel "facts" are not entirely true. What is said in the Siebel Systems article is closer to reality, but Siebel's products were noteworthy for being mobile from the getgo (on laptop computers, obviously).

That said, there are errors in the Siebel Systems article too. For example, it implies that company was Tom Siebel's first startup, while the Tom Siebel bio article correctly says it was his second one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.93.238.153 (talk) 20:51, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Needs examples...

"CRM" needs examples "in flesh". The current article focuses on claiming "[CRM] automates this, as well as automates that".

Yet I am to find an answer whether a CRM can be used to query a) current inventory, b) current inventory MINUS items promised, reserved for current queue of clients who are about to pay. 81.89.66.133 (talk) 18:16, 23 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
