Strong assertions needs strong references

Re the assertion "The decision thus has had the practical effect of reducing the impact of domestic violence prosecution units, such as ...., as well as increasing pressures on domestic abuse victims from state authorities.[2]". This is a very strong assertion, yet the only reference is to essentially one panel discussion involving non-neutral participants. Either we need better references or the assertion needs to be made quite a bit weaker. Rahul (talk) 18:33, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
