The introduction for this article is massively unhelpful cos it assumes you already know what a clinical protocol is. I don't really but I've made a stab at a definition. Chaikney 16:35, 20 September 2005 (UTC)

The Guideline (medical) article claims that "clinical protocol" is a synonym for "medical guideline". Should these 2 articles be merged or are they different topics? Nurg 06:17, 13 November 2005 (UTC)

Since it is so specific, I have boldly moved it to Clinical trial protocol. The old name is still there as a redirect. Hairy Dude 13:16, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
