Accuracy and precision
I've tried to be true to the sources, but my lack of specific knowledge on this issue (I just heard the 3 June 2005 This American Life episode and figured Wikipedia needed an article on this, so I went Googling...) has resulted in some waffling in certain places. It would be nice if someone with more knowledge could polish this a bit more. A good place to start might be (TAL interviewee) Isaac Kramnick's book, The Godless Constitution (Template:ISBN). By the way, he says that amendments were proposed in 1874, 1894, 1910, 1947 and 1954, but I couldn't verify these exact years, so I just referred to them by decade. - dcljr (talk) 02:04, 23 July 2005 (UTC)
