Redirect problems
There is a show on food network called Chopped. I came here looking for that. Could we not have the term "chopped" lead here as a redirect? I would do it myself but I don't know how. I suggest that we make a disambiguation page. Chopped can refer to Chopped and screwed, and to the Food Network show Chopped. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.237.213.205 (talk) 18:25, 4 February 2009 (UTC)

Could someone reference the quotes so that they do not have to be deleted? --Topspinslams (talk) 01:54, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
Cleanup
I cleaned up a lot of the language, but haven't verified any of the information or wikified the page format. I have also deleted an inappropriate comment here on the discussion page. Eine 11:35, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
I did a bit of wikification, mostly sectioning. Wikified as part of the Wikification wikiproject! JubalHarshaw 14:07, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
Many albums are dragged and chopped and slowed and chopped among various other "kinds" of alerations. Are these the same as Screwed and Chopped?
Black Eyed Peas and Transplants
They are certainly within a subgenre of "rap." Screwed and Chopped country or alt. rock would be more notable —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rockingbeat (talk • contribs) 15:13, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
Audio Samples?
...For examples of what music in this genre sound like.

- I don't think I've ever seen that type of thing on WP, probably due to copyright issues. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Eli lilly (talk • contribs) 17:17, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
- The Brandenburg concertos article has an example. We could add a sample of music, we just need to be sure to follow these rules. Sсοττ5834talk 17:49, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
Screwed and Chopped Albums
Someone should make a list. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.151.205.221 (talk) 04:34, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
I think based on the fact most albums that would fall under this category are remixes of existing albums, and therefore there is a potentially infinite number of albums.
Broken link
The main reference link for "Chopped and Screwed: A History" from MTV2 is now a 404 page. This seems problematic. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Klangfarben (talk • contribs) 20:09, 13 June 2016 (UTC)

Orphaned references in Chopped and screwed
I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Chopped and screwed's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "nyt":
- From Graffiti: Script error: No such module "citation/CS1".
- From Atlanta hip hop: John Caramanica, "Gucci Mane, No Holds Barred ", New York Times, December 11, 2009
- From Screwed Up Click: Script error: No such module "citation/CS1".
- From DJ Screw: Script error: No such module "citation/CS1".
- From Southern hip hop: Script error: No such module "citation/CS1".
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 01:03, 14 April 2017 (UTC)

Unreliable source usage
Even though the content of this article is interesting and fascinating to read, there is a big problem with the cited sources.
for example: source 2 is a website without date, author nor the reference.
Source 3 is just a blog.
Source 4 can't be opened
Source 5 is a blog
I suggest all this source be replaced with credible and reliable sources. Triaser (talk) 14:54, 1 April 2019 (UTC)
