I keep hearing people referring to these as "bow-wows", what gives?

Bow-Wow was the name of the Chain Chomp item Link used to get to level 2 in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening.

List of Appearances

I think that the long paragraph containing all of the appearances made by Chomps should be made into a list; it's much too lengthy as it is, and would probably look better as a list. --The Ninth Bright Shiner talk 19:56, 13 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

List of Appearances 2

I'll try to tidy up the appearances list into a list not one long paragraph. StovetopCookies 4/26/06 11:52 P.M.

Appearances List tidy up

Much better in my opinion. Hopefully you will feel the same. StovetopCookies, 4/27/06, 12:01 A.M. What a great way to take me into the new day! (-:

Appearances photos

I am going to whip out ZSNES and take some thumb nail screenshots for the SNES games that I own. Stovetopcookes 4/27 12:14 AM

Chomp in Super Mario Kart

I'm gonna call shenanigans on Chain Chomp being in Super Mario Kart. I've played that game millions of times but never saw a single Chain Chomp in it. And despite the alledged sprite for it, I demand more evidence of its existance. - Nick15 22:40, 15 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

It only appears in the Vs. Mode, much like the Mini-Bomb Karts of Mario Kart 64.
