Formatting
Hi. Two formatting suggestions. Date format should be American format, as the subject is American. Non-American format has been introduced. Also, titles of articles, in refs, have been changed to italics. They should not be italics. Thanks.--2604:2000:E016:A700:DC68:FBED:BFFD:8D9 (talk) 07:22, 30 May 2017 (UTC)
- I have fixed the date format.
- The use of the citation template puts citations in Wikipedia's standard format. See Wikipedia:Citing sources and Wikipedia:Citation templates.-- Toddy1 (talk) 08:48, 30 May 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks for fixing the date format.
- On the italicization of the titles of the newspaper articles in the refs -- maybe user:Muboshgu can take a look? Some are being put in italics, and I am pretty sure that is not Wikipedia standard format (though putting the newspaper names in italics would be Wikipedia standard format). --2604:2000:E016:A700:5D6:9A92:7B43:912E (talk) 10:39, 30 May 2017 (UTC)
- Have you thought of learning to use the citation templates? It is very useful for citations to have things like the names of authors, the date the article was published, and the date the article was last accessed. -- Toddy1 (talk) 12:19, 30 May 2017 (UTC)
- Hello. I looked at the links you gave me. But they do not support your approach of italicizing the titles of newspaper articles. Instead, they indicate that the opposite should be done. See here. Maybe you can let me know where what you point to supports what you are doing in some of the refs. Thanks. 2604:2000:E016:A700:CD4D:500F:7368:95B6 (talk) 04:16, 1 June 2017 (UTC)
