What time is it in Cameron?

I've just been to the Cameron Trading Post, and everything (the store, the hotel, the restaurant) is running on Arizona time. I can imagine since Cameron is on the road between Flagstaff and Page (both non-Navajo Arizona), it's natural for them to conduct business in MST. But what about the rest of the settlement?
