- in my opinion, it's not the length of the article that makes it a stub or not -- it's the content. Since CASR articles have a separate wikiproject for it now, it's easier to know whether or not to define something as a 'stub'. If the article contents more or less contain the structure outlined in Wikipedia:WikiProject California State Highways#Structure, then the 'stub' can be removed. --atanamir 04:05, 2 May 2005 (UTC)
