Real estate values?
Forgive me for not knowing the convention, does "office space pricing at Burj Khalifa reached US$4,000 per sq ft (over US$43,000 per m²" refer to condominium sale prices, or yearly rent, or something else? If it is condominium sales, are there also annual assessments? Could someone add a clarification to the article's text? Thanks!
Value statements and racism
I find Wikipedia replete with racism. Can you guys please refrain value judgement and generalization about population. It is ignorant to make a statement about a population and the best thing to do is to refrain general statements about a population. Specially when such characterization is irrelevant for the topic at hand. What a population prefers (even if you know it, and I can tell you only an ignorant will say he know a population to describe them with one sentence) has no relevance to a construction project. But in a typical British stupidity there it is. (I know this is also stupid generalization to make the point). You may remove it when you remove those stupid generalization from the article. I would also recommend you add that in your writing guidelines, to reign in a little bit on your racist writers. 192.235.165.37 (talk) 04:20, 12 May 2025 (UTC)
- 164 words and none establish what is perceived as "racist". No one reads your mind and if you have a serious complain, say it clear instead of using your keyboard to insult inexistant "writers". Reviewing your history, this is your typical rant and Wikipedia is not a soapbox to vent your opinion regarding the website. (CC) Tbhotch™ 05:36, 12 May 2025 (UTC)

Former editing with my old account
I used to edit the Burj Khalifa article with my old account Sirblademan, but now, I logged out due to my HP Probook 450 G3 Laptop having multiple issues, including loose and missing keys, crashes, slow loading, no battery percentage, and more. Therefore, I truly had fun being a editor for Wikipedia. Sawbrimedline (talk) 05:01, 5 June 2025 (UTC)
