Population
RE: The population projection... 2 million people by 2030 seems quite a stretch, to say the least. This reference (http://www.buckeyedevelopment.com/demographics.aspx) says 380,000. Script error: No such module "user". - 22:31, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
The total incorporated area of buckeye is 392 square miles (as of 4/1/13). The "planning area" is over 591 square miles. Much of this area will not be developed, it is slated for open space, parks, preservation, etc. An additional acreage is slated for industrial/commercial/employment uses. Taking a very conservative approach and suggesting that 300 of the total square miles will be developed as residential at a rate of 4,000 people per square mile nets 1.2 million. This is a reasonable number but it may take 60 additional years of rapid growth to see this number. Buckeye will be 100K people by 2020 Census and probably close to 200K by 2030.Boikdaddy (talk) 00:33, 2 April 2013 (UTC)
- I'm not sure how undeveloped land counts toward square mileage total? Phoenix should still be stated to have the largest land area in Arizona. Bigapplemayhem (talk) 00:30, 17 May 2024 (UTC)

Area
400 square miles and yet 377.5 square kilometres? Could someone in the know make this right? VanillaBear23 (talk) 11:51, 1 December 2010 (UTC)

More accurate distance from Los Angeles
I'm planning to change the distance from Los Angeles, California from 350 miles to 330 miles. I measured on Google earth, as I live near the area. Can you approve me? I will change if no one replies within 7 days.UsefulWikipedia (talk) 01:57, 10 September 2012 (UTC)
- Where in Los Angeles are you measuring from? I'm guessing Los Angeles City Hall? Bigapplemayhem (talk) 23:35, 16 May 2024 (UTC)

Buckeye page is internally inconsistent
The main article refers to a certain land area, while the sidebar had a larger land and total area listed. Grimmjason (talk) 04:16, 6 March 2024 (UTC)
