It is wrong to call IIPI a non-partisan body. It is a usual think tank and of course partisan.
NPOV
I have no higher regard for Mr. Lehman's actions than the authors of this piece (as it stands today), but the lead paragraph is quite obviously very far from a neutral point of view.Bryan 22:04, 14 December 2005 (UTC)
I think my edits improved the opening paragraph to a NPOV. Wirewad 01:44, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
DMCA Mastermind
This article completely fails to document Bruce's involvement in the DMCA, and how he pushed the WIPO to adopt his recommendations in an effort to force congress to accept his "White Paper". Also, how he had threatened James Boyle, a law professor at American University for his critique of the White Paper, saying he could 'rip [Boyle's] throat out' and 'chase [Boyle] to the ends of the earth'. There really needs to be more information about this, I was very surprised to find his article not having any mention to this, as well a few other things, like neglecting to not that he was appointed IP Czar while still Microsoft’s chief copyright enforcer.
