This looks to be mis linked
Breastwork: An earthwork thrown up to breast height which provided protection to defenders firing over the crest of the work while in a standing position.
The only page that refers to it is parapet, and the reference is certainly intended to be to the military definition.
Google also finds reference to breast implants with breastwork as a search item though.
