I have found conflicting information regarding the status of "Victory and Sorrow" being a reissue of "Booker Little and Friend":

http://www.mp3.com/booker-little/artists/5953/discography.html

"Victory and Sorrow" was the reissue title. The confusion originates in the BCP 6000 sequence being used for two separate Bethlehem series. The first issue was BCP 5061 as "Booker Little and Friend", but the second series catalog number was BCP 6034 as "Victory and Sorrow".[1] What rationale do some people live by?

Lack of Clarity

'Following the death of Clifford Brown the next year, Little became Roach's trumpet player in his band Max Roach Four. Being in school caused a decline and he was replaced by Kenny Dorham.' 'Being in school caused a decline' is quite vague. A decline in what regard - technique, rehearsal time, attention? I'm not sure how to proceed.

The article has a fair number of poorly constructed sentences and vague statements and would benefit from a thorough overhaul. I've made a few minor edits toward that end. RobotBoy66 (talk) 00:31, 20 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
