Wikipedia is not a game review site. --Carnildo 08:19, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Further note: based on other contributions by this user (65.95.112.150, I suspect the article, at least in original form, was a copyvio. --Carnildo 08:29, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
The original version was indeed copyvio, from [1]. Should be Deleted. SWAdair | Talk 09:51, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete; or at least severely edit into a simple description of what it is. Jeff Knaggs 08:21, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete, or, if a case is made that it is important in the history of the Sega Dreamcast or of survival horror, then Merge into the given article. For lo, it is GOOPTI. -- Antaeus Feldspar 09:14, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep, notable video game. Cleanup. Everyking 15:18, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete: Game review. If it's notable, it should be in the Sega Dreamcast article. Geogre 15:57, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Strong keep. Wikipedia is not a game review site, and this is not a game review. Its a notable video game title for a retired gaming console system. This is plainly valuable and factual information which can be expanded upon over time. —RaD Man (talk) 15:57, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
    • When I posted the VFD, the article was a copy-and-paste of a game review. --Carnildo 21:31, 6 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. The vast majority of movies are encyclopedic, so why not professionally-produced video games? Meelar (talk) 17:35, Dec 4, 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep and send to cleanup Xezbeth 18:18, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep, but only a very weak one based on the current content. -Sean Curtin 01:00, Dec 5, 2004 (UTC)
  • Marginal keep under the circumstances. GRider\talk 19:08, 6 Dec 2004 (UTC)

end moved discussion

Blue Stinger wasn't Sega's first survival horror game. If memory serves, it was Deep Fear. Even if Deep Fear wasn't the first, it was a Sega survival horror game that came out before Blue Stinger.

This character description is odd

I mean, really:

The pitiful hero of this game, he is always trying to show his manliness and as a result has homosexual tendencies.

Uh, wtf?

Is that for real or just trolling? Can anyone who has played the game confirm it? - Stormwatch 07:56, 14 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

It's obviously trolling. You don't need to have played the game to recognize that.--Martin IIIa (talk) 13:11, 4 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Odd sentence

This game was notable for launching nine days before the Dreamcast needed to play it. What does that mean? --Abdull 19:57, 27 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

It means the game was released in North America nine days before Dreamcast was released. So you could bought the game but you didn't have the console to play it. But yeah, it's a very confusing sentence and should be rephrased. --Mika1h 13:06, 3 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
Well, I tried to make it more clear. Hope that helps. --Mika1h 13:22, 3 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
