Section anchors
I'm assuming there would be no issue with adding embedded Template:Tls using "American" spelling for the relevant section headings. In order to make things like Blue#Colorants be working anchor links, instead of "failing" silently and not jumping the reader's browser to the desired section (as otherwise happens). To aid us benighted Yanks who when editing reflexively speel it the oll korrect way Template:;) when editing and have to check our links by following them to find out it's broken. Probably ought to do relevant singular/plural forms too. Figured I'd solicit input first to be cautious and give people time to mention any objections. --Slowking Man (talk)
How come this page and Orange (colour) spell it "colour" but the other colors of the rainbow use "color"

- See WP:ENGVAR. There is no real reson why they should be consistent either way. Johnbod (talk) 14:29, 17 October 2024 (UTC)
- It also depends upon the spelling used by the person who first created the article. The Blue article began with “colour” and Red began with ““color” and so they have remained. Both are perfectly correct, but need to be consistent within an article. CORDIALLY, . SiefkinDR (talk) 14:45, 17 October 2024 (UTC)

Definition of blue
According to this article, blue is between violet and cyan at 450-495 nm. However, the article on violet says violet is up to 435 nm. Then, what is 435 nm to 450 nm? 62.141.166.10 (talk) 10:46, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
