– Now updated WP:MOSPHIL - no need for provincial disambiguator since these are uniquely-named municipalities or towns (WP:CONCISE and WP:PRECISE). Also in accordance with the following page moves before like:
And also the following bold moves made by some Wikipedians before (not exhaustive):
- Seav: Abucay, Guiuan, Palanan, and Sindangan (plus our town)
- HueMan1: Maragondon

- Comment: I looked at Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Philippines-related articles#Revisiting the comma convention for article titles of municipalities and can see no consensus on this, so I think we need to see these as test cases and the MOS as currently having no authority on the matter.
