malnutrition is not mentioned as a cause of myocarditis

malnutrition is not listed as a cause of myocarditis in the wikipedia article on myocarditis.

No mention of birth name?

Would I be wrong to presume that his birth name was William Robert? article on Bill gates starts with "William Henry "Bill" Gates, III....". Billy Ray Cyrus starts with "Billy Ray Cyrus (born William Ray Cyrus...."

A quick google says billy bob claims to be born in a cabin with no electricity and water and that his birth certificate actually says "billy bob"... but that sounds a little too good to be true. Orange Coast Magazine is an interview with Thornton himself. Britannica is just a data aggregation service that copies stuff from other places, including at this point, likely from Wikipedia. Why has shadeing appeared in early life text?
