Script error: No such module "Banner shell". Part of this article is directly copied from Zeithammer (2007): http://www.anderson.ucla.edu/faculty/robert.zeithammer/equilibrium_dynamics_final.pdf. I am not sure whether this is in accordance with wiki standards. Moreover, the last paragraph doesn't make sense (e.g. "This paper provides the first model of ...").
