Non-Hispanic black

Is "non-Hispanic black" an actual category? I don't think I've ever seen it. The "non-Hispanic" piece is usually attached to white.

Wondering how to edit this U.S. City Entry?
The WikiProject U.S. Cities standards might help.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Rambot (talkcontribs) 02:45, 28 July 2003 (UTC)Reply

It is the LOCATION of the HO for walmart. The entire town is not the HO.

Etymology

The article gives two namesakes for the town: Linn Boyd Benton and Thomas Hart Benton. Both are cited reliably. Does anyone know which one is actually correct? Or is no one certain? - Presidentman talk · contribs (Talkback) 05:46, 18 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
