What were you thinking when you broke all the links to the ships in this class!? I don't like to summarily revert, but every change was wrong or against policy in some way. Stan 17:26, 15 Aug 2004 (UTC)
Introduction
The opening sentence here says
"The Bathurst class corvettes were a class of minesweepers..."
which seems a little undecided, so I've changed it to something a bit more definite. I trust that is OK with everyone. Xyl 54 (talk) 01:11, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
- I'm happy with the changes (as an aside, the type dissonance is elaborated on in the third paragraph of the "Design" section).

Names
The decision behind the choice in names is a question I've always wanted answered. Hopefully, somebody can help me out, so we can get it into the article. Here's what I've been able to determine so far: Template:Quote I also recall from somewhere, I don't recall where, that the quantity of war bonds purchased by regional areas was an influence on the naming process. -- saberwyn 05:21, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

Lenton's British and Empire Warships has detailed tables concerning ordering and construction dates, which may be of use for future development of this article or the List of Bathurst class corvettes.
