Why does the article insist on mdy dates? Wouldn't dmy dates be more appropriate (and slightly shorter)?
At the moment the article uses mdy dates: (June 30, 2000) instead of the more usual (and shorter) dmy dates: (30 June 2000). Wouldn't it be more appropriate to use the dmy dates throughout the article, as this is standard in most of the world, including Columbia?

Savanilla
At present Savanilla redirects here, yet doesn't appear at all in the article. If it is an alternative name for Barranquilla, that needs to be included and referenced (it's not mentioned either in the esWP article). Davidships (talk) 02:19, 17 March 2023 (UTC)
