Where exactly did the text of the Act come from? It's very fishy:
1. No citation or site link is provided. 2. For a 400 year old piece of legislation, it's written in a very modern style. 3. It mentions fines in round numbers of dollars, which I don't think existed in 16xx 4. It mentions 1950something and Singapore, both well, fishy.
