Template:WikiProject banner shell "Victim" sounds a bit biased. Maybe something like "has recently undergone rapid suburbanization" would be more NPOV? Miss Pippa 18:31, 8 Mar 2005 (UTC)
I think some Wikipedians actually like the NPOV straight-jacket. An early version of this article had it is a happy and joyous place and that got took out. -- RHaworth 13:16, 2005 Mar 9 (UTC)

Balsall Common - Origin of the name
Hi, as an ex resident and still with connections to the village I thought the additional information could be useful and interesting to people generally if added in a suitable place. The name “Balsall” comes from the Anglo Saxon word “Baelle” meaning corner (or angle) of land, and “heale” meaning a sheltered place I am happy to add in, wondered if any comments?
