Merge proposal

I propose merging Authority (sociology) into Authority. I think the content in the former can easily be incorporated into the latter, and a merge would not cause any article-size or weighting problems in the latter. If there are differences between how authority is understood in the sociological sense and in other fields, then the article should flesh out those differences. Currently, this article seems to be oriented around the sociological understanding of the concept, which makes the existence of two separate articles even more puzzling.
