An ambiguity

The event entry “1909 – The first automobile race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.” is ambiguous. Is this the first automobile race ever, which happened to be held at the IMS; or is it the first time a race was held at the IMS? Turns out it is the latter, so perhaps “1909 – The Indianapolis Motor Speedway hosts its first automobile race”. Sbauman (talk) 16:06, 17 August 2020 (UTC)

1980 railway accident in Poland

I'm deeply surprised that there isn't any mention of the worst railway accident in Poland that happened after World War II. 40 years ago, 19th August 1980 a head-on railway collision happened near Otłoczyn railway station (the station is located near Toruń). At the site of accident 67 people have died and 64 got injured.

Some of the references, according to pl-wiki article:

• Decision of the Provincial Prosecutor's Office in Toruń on October 2, 1980 to discontinue the investigation into the railway disaster that occurred on August 19, 1980 on the Aleksandrów Kujawski (railway station) - Toruń Główny railway station near the Brzoza Toruńska station in connection with Art. 136 §1 point 1 of the CC against the death of the perpetrator.

Death date of Theodore Trautwein

The date of death is listed here as August 19, 2000. However, the Theodore Trautwein page states the death date as August 17, 2000, sourced by the following.
