Counting Crows/Pop culture reference?

There was a song put out by Counting Crows in 1999 entitled "St. Robinson In His Cadillac Dream." The lyrics went: Staring out of his window as the world rushes by / Arthur Robinson closes the glass and replies / "I dream of ballerinas and I don't know why / But I see a Cadillac sailing."

Military service?

While Robinson served with the OSS, this does not mean he was a member of the US military either commissioned or enlisted. The reference which might verify this is a dead link and the other reference is print only -- thus difficult to verify.--S. Rich (talk) 22:49, 17 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

According to this photo of his file, he was commissioned (captain), later major. --92.105.72.112 (talk) 09:02, 12 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
