I recall reading back when the 847 Area Code was established that it was chosen for the "VIP" alpha characters available on that number. I am unable to find a source for this however so cannot add it to the page. Does anyone have any documentation to this or at least to the rumors about it?N9jig (talk) 19:24, 9 August 2018 (UTC)
