The Geography section of this article says about the city, "none of the area is covered with water.". Clearly the information was collected after some sort of major dry spell. The normal circumtance seems to be for the city to be anywhere from marshy to partly-flooded.  ;-) Johntex 01:16, 3 Feb 2005 (UTC)
