article name

Is this the proper name to be adopted in a english wikipedia's article? Why isn't the name something like "Amazonia's vigilance system" ? --Mecanismo 15:42, 8 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

I was just wondering that myself, and my gut feeling says this should be renamed.--chris.lawson 23:29, 16 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
It is referred to as "Amazon Surveillance System" in this peer-reviewed journal: "The Brazilian Military under Cardoso: Overcoming the Identity Crisis," by João R. Martins Filho and Daniel Zirker, Journal of Interamerican Studies and World Affairs, Vol. 42, No. 3 (Autumn, 2000), pp. vi+143-170. www.jstor.org/stable/166441. --Lacarids (talk) 14:55, 20 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
