Editing from an IP, someone claiming (truthfully, I'll guess) to be Allen Adler's daughter Pamela indicated that Allen Adler's father was Abe Adler, stage manager, not Charles Adler, actor. But she left intact my statement that Allen Adler's father as the son of Yiddish theater star Jacob Adler by his mistress Jenny "Jennya" Kaiser. I'm confused.

Pamela, if you are reading this: Could you do me the favor of sorting this out a little further? I thought Abe Adler's mother was Sonya Adler, not Jennya Kaiser. So is the Jennya Kaiser thing here wrong, too? For what it's worth I had my information from Lulla Rosenfeld's book; Rosenfeld is also a Jacob Adler grandchild, and a fine writer but not the best fact-checker: I've caught her out in factual errors before, but not about her own family.-- Jmabel | Talk 05:18, 13 October 2005 (UTC)
