Are we certain of Juantorena's date of birth? [1], for example, agrees with us, but [2] and [3] claim he was born December 3. What other sources do we have? Dan Gardner 21:51, 11 Aug 2004 (UTC)
- Looks like Dec 3 is correct. at least the IOC thinks so. Since they are in the business of certifying such things, I think that if IOC states something and the brittanica agrees, then it is more correct. -Vina 20:13, 27 Oct 2004 (UTC)
Yes, my Athletics Yearbook says 3 Dec. Paul Pilgrim also won the 400 and 800 at an Olympics. It was at the intercalated Games of 1906, but worth a footnote, I think... Cris Freddi
