What's missing is the etymology of the name itself. Googling reveals a page that claims the name of Germanic origin, meaning "noble and bright". I have no idea if this is accurate, or indeed where other sources can be found. (I don't doubt the name is of Germanic origin, though.) --JRM 14:39, 2004 Sep 17 (UTC)

Albert the Great of England

I can't find the article for Albert the Great! I typed it in the search but it led me to an article about an Italian philosopher. And I don't see it listed here.
