I'm taken aback
No Talk on a "masterpiece" album. 74.60.161.158 (talk) 13:24, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
Lofgren
The sentences about Nils Lofgren were a mess - I had to do research to deyermne to whom all the "he's" were referring to. Cleaned it up.--Daveler16 (talk) 16:30, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
Release date
The stated release date of September 19, 1970 can't be right. This is the date of the Billboard issue in which it first appeared on the top albums chart; so it must have been released at least a couple of weeks before that. This is a common error - using the debut Billboard issue date as an album's release date. The RIAA Gold and Platinum Certifications page shows August 29 as the release date. Many web sites say it was August 31. PatConolly (talk) 08:50, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- Although I should note that the RIAA Gold and Platinum Certifications site has some pretty unreliable dates in there - sometimes off by several months. And even when "correct", I'm not sure if they mean retail release to customer, or release from record company to retailers/distributors. PatConolly (talk) 23:29, 16 March 2021 (UTC)
