Self cited research/advertising

Hi! I'm fairly new to Wikipedia but I saw an advertisement on this page and got really mad. Please revert my edit if I've deleted the lines wrong! But also please delete the advertisement correctly <3 ヾ(_ _。) CTK-230 (talk) 13:55, 6 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Planned updates for AUB article

Greetings, I intend to make the following updates to the AUB wiki page. Please add any suggestions, comments or concerns.

  • Change "Causes" to "Causes & Mechanisms" - Create a table that associates the PALM COEIN with mechanism. Delete Mechanisms sections or insert - SEE ABOVE
  • Clean up the signs and symptoms section for clarity of normal vs abnormal bleeding. All the information is currently jumbled together which is confusing.
  • Add information about causes of uterine bleeding by stages of life "Before Menarche (monthly menstrual cycle)", Premenopausal, Postmenopausal so that readers can quickly find information.
  • Add / update sources in references section
  • Remove sentence about PALM COIEN from Diagnosis section. This will be redundant after updates to Causes & Mechanisms Section
  • Add info about pregnancy bleeding in lead and signs and symptoms section
  • Update lead paragraph to reflect changes to article.
